Route 8, operated both by First Beeline and Courtney Buses. It's clearly not a loving romantic relationship, at all!
Here is Courtney's offering, the typical common SoloSR. In orange for 'route branding' purposes. It's surprising that Courtney do keep the branded buses on the route intended, usually!

And the competitive, temporarily free offer from First Beeline:
First Beeline 44561 on Route 8, Maidenhead Frascati Way
Not very frequent, at all having a irregular, almost every 2 hour service. From 1st February however, the frequency increased and now it is roughly hourly now.
The reason why they say 'We give change' as if it is a massive thing is because Courtney do not, which is a competitive advantage up to a point, when giving change can be time consuming.
Route X9 is covered by Lewis' post which will be released afterwards.
Well, Courtney's response to the 8 and X9 is the 192, operating between Windsor and Bracknell via the 191 during the early morning and late evenings (almost pointlessly), but that'll be covered another time.
