Properly rare workings! DPS652 and DE59 on the K4 (07/12/14)

I was very excited when this pulled up. Darts were finally on the K4 again, just a tad longer than before however.


And then this happened. A DE. To have these two appear in two operational days in a row is fantastic!! But at the same time, dreadful. With the use of these longer buses, the service is unable to complete its function. To serve Winey and Mansfield park. Instead, it must curtail at Bridge road roundabout in Hook, defeating the whole object of running the K4.
