Hello there! Joshua Perrett (former LondonBusScene founder) here to introduce myself to this Blog! Tom Bowell is also joining me in this blog. We wish that you enjoy our posts and have fun reading them! To start off this new chapter, here are some photos from me

This was a very small one of these, as I arrived quite late, thus I didn't get as many night buses. I am planning to do one longer one on the 20th, as part of the long day out. Anyway, I still made my way on an SP on the N9:
London United SP38 on Route N9, Charing Cross
London General DOE54 on Route N155, Charing Cross
That's the first N155 photo I have.
Stagecoach 19775 on Route 15, Charing Cross
This bus is on an ex-N15 working

I wonder why the colours remind me of something....
London United SP38 on Route N9, Trafalgar Square
On its way back home...
London General EH28 on Route 88, Trafalgar Square
It is one of a small batch of E40H intended for the 87, yet run on the 88
Less than one week to go....
First DN39117 on Route 23, Oxford Circus
Arriva HV53 on Route N73, Oxford Circus
Then I decided that was the last night bus (at nearly 7am), so I got on a 25 to Stratford, then went to Canning Town before going to Reedham to meet the new WLTMTB members Tom Bowell and Joshua Perrett.
Initially, when I went to cover this (with Tom Bowell), it didn't run. Two weeks later, and a load of exams later - I was back. With Tom Bowell (Tom London Bus Blog), and Joshua Perrett (London Bus Scene) - who are both now on the WLTMTB - arriving at Reedham, I was clearly the first one to arrive. Why - I'll always know by seeing the next post...
Anyhow, 599 was run by 8044, which also has seen use on the 518 and H28/H20:
Abellio 8044 on Route 599, Reedham Station
Starting its return journey to Old Lodge Lane
Special temporary signs have been put in place to direct people to the 455. I wonder how long they'll last...
The roadworks that have caused the closure
Traffic lights all lying on its side....
And the reverse signs for Old Lodge Lane
Arriva DW102 on Route 466, Reedham/Brighton Road
Arriva ENL6 on Route 166, Reedham
Arriva T57 on Route 466, Reedham
Metrobus 960 on Route 405, Reedham

Abellio 8475 on Route 455, Reedham/Old Lodge Lane
More temporary signs
One of two (the other being the opposite side) bus stops closed by this.

After this, Joshua arrived on a train 30mins after me. Tom followed after the 599 just left!
599 side blind
iBus 599 to Purley, Old Lodge Lane
(there isn't any iBus for "599 to Reedham Station" as it says "599 to" only)
Abellio 8044 at Purley, Old Lodge Lane
Canons Hill "towards Purley"!
Abellio 8044 to return back
8044 doing the three point turn at the end of Watney Close, Reedham Station
...and now back to Purley
We went to (back, in my case at least) to Brighton Road:
Arriva ENL24 on Route 166, Reedham
Arriva T55 on Route 466, Reedham
Metrobus 955 on Route 405, Reedham
Arriva DW105 on Route 60, Reedham

Arriva ENL23 on Route 166 to Epsom, at Reedham
Abellio 8044 on Route 599, Reedham

Then we all suddenly decided to do low shots, inspired by my 207 background picture taken way back in 2011!
The original, nearside angle
The alternative, far side angle

We then split our ways back at Reedham Station, and I went home. A short day.
