Poppies (17/11/12)

I apologize for a lack of posts by me lately. Combined camera problems, Internet issues and a situation means that I can't get content up onto the blog.

An Overground Train, A C Stock Train and Two Stagecoach Buses have been decorated in a Poppy wrap to celebrate War Veterans and Remembrance Day. They were applied on two Scania Omnicities from Bow and Leyton Garages respectively. Stagecoack 15152 wasn't in service on the day but Stagecoack 15040 was in service on the 53. Me and Au chased it from New Cross and managed to get it at Whitehall. Here are the pictures.

  1. These double deckers look lovely. It is a job well done. I like how they use bright, blood red color to paint the poppies, this makes a very bold expression.
