Secondly - Yes, I am unhappy at this time, but I will continue blogging. I will have the final GCSEs coming up, then study leave, so I am unsure what can happen. All I know is hopefully by August 31st, the WLTM Bus Blog will hopefully stay

In the distance, at the centre (sorry, this was from a moving N9), is the tail of the new American Airlines livery. As I was quite late, I didn't know it was arriving, and I obviously can't go airside.

And Happy Easter from all at the WLTM Bus Blog (Au,
Fab post! I have a fictional bus on my blog too.The mayor should consider having new bus routes too!
ReplyDeleteMe too - I have several fictional routes, but if I was to show the list to the mayor, the most successful one of actually coming into existance is the 538 (Jack,Au - Knows about this one). A 36 minute journey approx. between Stratford and London City Airport but on the way there, goes through quite a lot of residential streets in East Ham, Upton Park then goes down a dual carriageway (A unique section) and to arrive at Prince Regent. After all that, it goes Pontoon Dock and termintes at London City.
DeleteIt also would seem like a realistic route because any engineering work on the DLR that happens (Between Beckton and Royal Victoria, although stops nearby but not at Canning Town), the 538 would be the replacement. However, Prince Regent, Custom House and Royal Victoria, the bus passes the BACK of the station, not the front - it goes past Excel car park, that's why.
It's also a double deck route. PVR: 4.
Based on this post, great work - DN33589, certainly I approve of that. Also DN33770, I saw (Again) on E3 yesterday. Great work guys!
Now renumbered 278 and extended to Hackney Wick, Wallis Road. ;)
